Audrey Pretorius
Home Loans Specialist, Audrey Pretorius is a 35 year veteran in the finance industry, of which the past 28 years have been focused on home loan finance.
Her career started at the United Building Society in 1988, which later evolved into ABSA Bank in the 90s with the merger of the 4 household banking brands – Allied Building Society, the UBS, Trust Bank & Volkskas.

Audrey learned the tools of her trade at the Bond Centre in Claremont, Cape Town which serviced the entire Cape Peninsula. Having excelled as the Business Development Manger for Internal & External Real Estate Partners, she left the banking industry in 2006 to pursue an entreprernerial position as Regional Manager for BetterBond Home Loans in the Free State & N/Cape regions – a position she held for 14 years and built the business up to consistently achieving the highest national market share for 7 consecutive years.
Under her guidance, this minor region became a force to be reckoned with & 3 Consultants progressed to the Top 20 in the company and achieved Billionaire Finance Status, having financed in excess of a billion Rand in home loans each.
In order to keep evolving & improving & with her positive personal brand, 2023 brought the next exciting career challenge & Mi Bonds Home Loans was born.
